Phillip J. Neuman, a shareholder of the firm, was a roundtable presenter at the recent Summer Conference of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan held at Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, Michigan. Mr. Neuman spoke about the property law implications of medical marijuana, including leasing rental property to dispensaries and a resident’s right to a reasonable accommodation to smoke medical marijuana. Mr. Neuman focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, litigation and dispute resolution and construction law.
