Phillip J. Neuman, a shareholder of the firm, recently gave a speech on the topic of evictions at the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association’s (MAHMA) 2014 Regional Affordable Housing Conference.
He was also a panel member at the Michigan Land Title Association’s Spring Education Seminar. The panel topic was: Oh, No – the “C” Word – Claims! An Overview with Stories and Lessons. Mr. Neuman practices in the areas of real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, mortgage priority disputes, real estate fraud and landlord-tenant matters.
