Gregg A. Nathanson, a shareholder of the Firm, recently spoke at a Michigan State Bar Association Real Property Law Section event. The title of the program was “Real Estate and Title Insurance: Top Things You Need to Know.” Mr. Nathanson was part of a panel of title insurance experts who discussed a number of issues that can arise during a real estate transaction, including policy forms, document forms, standard and special exceptions, commitments, endorsements and surveys. Mr. Nathanson’s primary concentration areas include real estate, business and corporate, construction law and banking and finance.
