Gregg A. Nathanson recently participated in a panel discussion, sponsored by First American Title Insurance Company, entitled “Swap, Drop & Roll, Using 1031 Exchange in Complex Transactions”. Mr. Nathanson concentrated his remarks on the intricacies and benefits of new construction and improvement exchanges and reverse exchanges. Mr. Nathanson, a shareholder of the firm, focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate, banking and finance and construction law.
