Gregg A. Nathanson, a shareholder of the firm, recently edited a newly revised edition of the ICLE book, Michigan Residential Real Estate Transactions. This book is designed to assist lawyers throughout Michigan in counseling and representing their clients when they buy or sell residential real estate. Mr. Nathanson also revised the chapter regarding Closings. Mr. Nathanson focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate, construction law and banking and finance.
