Gregg A. Nathanson and Michael K. Dorocak recently presented a seminar for continuing legal education credits to the attorneys at Fidelity National Title Group in Jacksonville, Florida entitled “Anatomy of a Residential Real Estate Transaction.” The seminar explored the entire transaction process from purchase agreement to closing and potential litigation pitfalls along the way. Mr. Nathanson, a shareholder of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, environmental law, finance, corporate and business law. Mr. Dorocak, an attorney at Couzens Lansky, focuses on commercial and real estate litigation and real estate and commercial transactions.
