Gregg A. Nathanson, a shareholder of the firm, recently spoke at Fidelity National Title Company’s Real Estate Legal Continuing Education Program. Mr. Nathanson’s topic was “The Anatomy of a Commercial Real Estate Transaction”. The subject matter included letters of intent, purchase agreements, due diligence, financing and like-kind exchanges. Mr. Nathanson focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate, banking and finance and construction law.
Christopher M. Williams, an associate of the firm, also spoke at the Program. His subject “The Anatomy of a Business Sale Transaction” discussed such topics as pre-planning, closing matters, key terms and conditions and key documents. Mr. Williams concentrates his areas of practice on business and corporate and real estate matters.
Mr. Nathanson and Mr. Williams are scheduled to present at a similar continuing education seminar through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company this spring.
