Gary Schwarcz, an attorney in the firm’s taxation practice area, recently spoke at the MICPA (Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants) Management Information and Business Show, where the firm was also an exhibitor. Mr. Schwarcz spoke on the topic of “Allocation of Tax Items Related to Property Contributed to a Partnership: Code Section 704(c).” He also concentrates his practice in the areas of business planning and estate planning.
