The firm is pleased to announce that Dawn Yeaton, an associate of the Firm, was a contributor in an Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) webcast on the real estate implications of the Obergefell decision. In this decision, the Supreme Court upheld the Fourteenth Amendment requiring a state to license a marriage between two people of the same sex and to recognize a marriage between two people of the same sex when their marriage was lawfully licensed and performed out-of-state. Ms. Yeaton’s primary concentration areas include corporate law and real estate law, with experience in sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing and litigation.
