Sara Zivian Zwickl, Of Counsel to Couzens Lansky since February 2025, recently presented at Oakland County Bar Association’s Senior Law Days on the topics of Estate Planning and Probate. For the keynote session, she created and presented an interactive program entitled “Mythbusters” that engages seniors in identifying and debunking commonly held myths while conveying important information. Ms. Zwickl is the incoming vice chairperson of the OCBA Public Access to Legal Services (PALS) committee which annually sponsors Senior Law Days in Farmington Hills, Waterford and Madison Heights to educate the public. Ms. Zwickl’s practice includes Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.
