Rebecca K. Wrock, J.D., LL.M. Taxation, an associate of the firm, recently published an article in the State Bar of Michigan Animal Law Section Newsletter entitled Tax Man’s Best Friend: An Overview of Tax Issues Affecting Pet Trusts. She has a Master of Law degree in Taxation and a special interest in assisting pet owners incorporate appropriate provisions in their estate plans to provide for the care of their pets. Ms. Wrock focuses her practice in the areas of trusts and estates and probate and trust administration.
