Couzens Lansky is pleased to announce that Stephen L. Gutman has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Mr. Gutman’s primary practice areas include tax law, tax litigation, business law, estate planning and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gutman received a B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
