Phillip J. Neuman introduced NAA Policy Regarding Emotional Support Animals

Neuman, a shareholder at Couzens Lansky and Chairman of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Emotional Support Animal Working Group, recently introduced the “NAA Toolkit, Emotional Support Animals: A Practical Guide to Reasonable Accommodation Requests.”  The toolkit provides NAA members with resources giving them practical guidance on this emerging issue when there is a disability-related need for an emotional support animal.  Mr. Neuman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, litigation and dispute resolution and construction law.
