Phillip J. Neuman, a shareholder of the firm, along with other members of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association, recently met with then Senator-elect Gary Peters to discuss issues of importance for the multi-family housing community. Mr. Neuman is the Legislative Committee Chair for the DMAA and was recently reappointed to the Legislative Committee for the National Apartment Association. Mr. Neuman concentrates his practice on real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, mortgage priority disputes, real estate fraud and landlord-tenant matters.
