Ronn S. Nadis recently spoke at the International Council of Shopping Centers program Real Estate Professional, 2014. Mr. Nadis’ topic was “Negotiating Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements — Beware of Unintended Consequences”. Mr. Nadis, a shareholder of the firm, concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including development, financing and leasing. Among others, he represents real estate developers and investors, financial institutions and both large and small businesses in complex transactions.
