Governor Whitmer has issued two new Executive Orders that will have a direct impact on real estate businesses in Michigan. The revised Stay Home Stay Safe order (Executive Order 2020-42) extends the “shelter in place” restrictions to April 30 and expands the restrictions that had been announced in the earlier Stay Home Stay Safe order.
