Michael K. Dorocak recently won a trial in the Ottawa County Circuit Court. Mike represented the defendant in a real estate litigation action involving claims of adverse possession. Adverse possession is a legal doctrine that allows a person to claim title to land owned by another party based on many years of use. Mike prevailed at trial by demonstrating that the use of our client’s land was permissive and not adverse to its interests and ownership. This allowed our client to prevail and retain title to its property.
Mr. Dorocak focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate, litigation and dispute resolution. If you have a litigation matter, real estate transaction or any other matter you would like to discuss with Mr. Dorocak, please email Mike or call him at 248-489-8600
