The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services issued an update to its earlier Emergency Order to include additional employer and workplace requirements. This Emergency Order, which went into effect on October 9, 2020, is more concise than the Governor’s previous series of Executive Orders, but contains many of the same restrictions.
