The firm was founded in 1988 and over the last 35 years we have expanded from 12 to more than 60 employees. This growth has been strategically planned to facilitate providing high quality, cost effective legal services with state of the art resources. The firm has been in its current Farmington Hills office since 1998.
Clients of the firm include all types of entities, government organizations and individuals. Our clients are involved in manufacturing, retailing, banking, construction, labor, the service sector, public service, professional services, high technology and real estate. Our representation includes areas such as trusts and estates, probate and trust administration, taxation, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, employment and labor law, litigation and dispute resolution, banking and finance law and construction law.
