MARK E. MERLANTI is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the firm’s litigation and real estate practice groups.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions and disputes.  Mr. Merlanti has broad experience regarding the trial, arbitration and mediation of business and real estate disputes, including appellate representation.  Examples of the types of matters he handles include:
