JERRY M. ELLIS is a senior attorney of the firm. Mr. Ellis has over 40 years’ experience in insolvency, workout, restructuring and bankruptcy matters, including the related litigation. He is the former Mayor of the City of Farmington Hills, MI, providing him with a unique perspective in disputes or planning involving government entities.
