Phillip J. Neuman, Ronn S. Nadis and Gregg A. Nathanson, all shareholders of the firm, recently spoke at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) continuing education program. Mr. Neuman moderated the session entitled “Could a Shopping Center Go to Pot? Update on Marijuana-Based Businesses in Michigan”. Mr. Nadis and Mr. Nathanson each hosted a roundtable discussion. Mr. Nadis’ topic was “The Ins and Outs of Shopping Center Access: Understanding Prescriptive and Other Easements” and Mr. Nathanson led a discussion on “Title Insurance: What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You”. Mr. Neuman’s practice areas include real estate, construction law, and litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Nadis’ areas of concentration are real estate, business and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, and banking and finance. Mr. Nathanson focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, construction law, and banking and finance.
