Couzens-Lansky-NeumanPhillip J. Neuman, a shareholder of the firm, recently received a favorable ruling from The Michigan Court of Appeals. The Michigan Court of Appeals affirmed the lower court’s ruling in favor of Mr. Neuman’s client in the case of Talbot v Davis (Docket No. 323240). In this case, Phil Neuman’s client purchased a home following a foreclosure, and the prior owners filed suit challenging the purchaser’s title to the property.
